By purchasing a My Paper Box Subscription, you agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge at the then-current subscription rate and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation, including where applicable any charges processed by My Paper Box Subscriptions after the expiration date of your payment card. You also acknowledge that My Paper Box is a surprise box and that you are knowingly buying a box of undisclosed items. Refunds will not be issued except in cases of damaged merchandise.
Automatic Renewal Terms
Your Grand subscription will be automatically renewed on the 28th of each month for successive periods as selected during purchase, and your payment method will automatically be charged for each successive period at the then-current subscription rate until you cancel your subscription renewal. Your Mini subscription will be automatically renewed on the 11th of each month.
To cancel your subscription at any time, you may either log in to your account and follow the cancellation procedures there or send us a message at email@example.com and we will be happy to do it for you. If you cancel, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term.
Please note that cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund and that refunds must be requested in writing by emailing the aforementioned address. Customers have three days following a purchase or renewal to request a refund for their purchase, at which time a refund may be issued and shipments canceled.
Refunds may not be issued beyond three days after purchase or renewal occurs, or for any boxes received by the customer unless the items inside are damaged. This will be decided on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion.
Grand Boxes ship via USPS Priority Mail between the 18th and 21st of the month. Orders placed before the 18th of the month will ship during the current month. Orders placed on or after the 18th will ship the following month.
Mini subscription ship via USPS Priority Mail between the 1st and 4th of the month. Orders placed before the 4th of the month will ship during the current month. Orders placed on or after the 4th will ship the following month.
Tracking numbers and emails are issued automatically as soon as a shipping label is created. International orders include a customs declaration and any customs duties or fees required are the responsibility of the customer.
