The Mini Includes 3 Personalized Note Pads.

How does “My Paper Box” Work?:

Choose between our Mini or Grand Subscription. During checkout let us know what name you would like personalized on your subscription.

What’s Inside “My Paper Box”?:

Here at My Paper Box, we think your name is the definition of you. Each month we design and craft each item in-house just for you! We're thinking of new items every month, but some things you can expect to see are notepads, journals, greeting cards, postcards, and other surprises.

How much does it cost?/Are their hidden fees?:

The Grand is $28 and the Mini is $10. Each offer free shipping to the US.

How does billing work?:

After your initial purchase, you will be put on our billing schedule. The Grand Auto Renews on the 28th and the Mini Auto Renews on the 11th of each Month.

When is the monthly deadline?/When will I receive my first box?:

Depending on when you sign up will determine when you will receive your first box. Here is our shipping schedule:

Grand:
The 18th Day of the Month is the Final day for new subscribers to sign up for the next shipping.
Between the 19th and 21st, your box will be shipped.
On The 28th You will auto-renew for next month's box.
Mini:
The Last Day of the Month is the Final day for new subscribers to sign up
Between the 1st and 4th, your box will be shipped.
On The 11th You will auto-renew for next month's box.

Where and how do you ship?:

We ship via USPS. Within the US shipping is between 1 and 3 business days, international shipments will vary. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, please double check the address. ie. missing the apartment number. However, we will do our best on reshipping any returned items. Please let us know if you do not receive your box.

How can I cancel my subscription?:

To cancel your account log into your account and adjust your shipping - you can cancel or skip anytime.

How do I receive a refund?:

All sales are final. All subscription payments, shipping, and handling costs are non-refundable. If you have received an item that has been damaged during the shipping process, please contact us immediately so that we can get you a replacement item that is similar or comparable to the item that was damaged. Since items are personalized any missing orders will receive the next subscription on us. ( we cannot control the mail )

Can I sign up for just one box?/How do gifts work?:

You can subscribe as a month to month, pre-paid, one month, or a gift that either renews or does not.
